At JWL by Vaidehee, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every piece of jewellery is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, personal preference, or accidental damage after delivery.
- Exchange or replacement is available only if the product is received damaged or defective.
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory to process any exchange request.
- Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video or after the specified time period will not be accepted.
- Once your request is verified by our quality team, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
